Pacaya Lodge is a beautiful gem in Nicaragua with amazing views that truly took my breath away. The room was charming and I loved the natural decor. I did have some issues with the front desk over charges, which was disappointing. Although the service was great at times, it felt a bit lacking during peak moments at the pool area, but overall, it was a delightful experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, perched high on a hill with breathtaking views of the lagoon. The rooms were like tree top cabins, clean and quiet, making for a peaceful getaway. The staff truly stood out for their outstanding service, particularly Judy, who went above and beyond to assist us. The massage at the spa was fantastic, adding to the overall enjoyment of the stay. However, it would be a bonus if they provided a shuttle service to the nearby town, as it's quite a walk.
